I belong to a upper middle class hindu vegetarian family. There are 5 members in the family. All are vegetarian. On every 2nd day, my wife keeps on asking that what to prepare for eating. I need a diet table which can be used to see which food should we prepare on which day..
Is there any website or any dietician available which can give us this.
Or can someone provide me the suggestions?
