I was reading a news that in jodhpur clash, curfew was applied and internet was banned due to avoid some mishappening. But some people are using internet even after the ban. This was strange.
Actually there is an android app Psiphon Pro on play store which provides internet if there is a data connection in the mobile. The Psiphon Pro app server is outside india and they use VPN network (virtual private network). With this internet, even those apps can also be accesed which are banned in India.
After downloading this app, start button appears. After clicking the start button, internet starts on the mobile. It actually uses data network of your mobile. When a ban is applied somewhere data connection is alive in the phone but the speed is reduce so much so that you do not access any site/app. But this app uses same data network.
