In accordance with the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act of 2006, the Government of India introduced the term MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise). How to Register as MSME ?
The application itself generates the certificate because the procedure has been made so simple. The fields of the e-form for MSME registration are stated below:
1. Give the applicant 12-digit Aadhaar number in its entirety. Enter the applicant name exactly as it appears on the UIDAI-issued Aadhaar Card.
2. Fill in the Social Category field. Indicate the applicant gender.
3. Complete the business or enterprise name that will appear on the MSME Certificate. Choose the sort of business from the options provided to have it printed on the MSME Certificate.
4. If you are a cooperative, private limited company, public limited company, or limited liability partnership, enter your 10-digit PAN number here. It. In the remaining Organization type, it will be optional.
5. Enter the plant address here. The applicant may select the add plant button if there are numerous plant locations. If the office address is different from the plant address, enter the office address instead.
6. Indicate the date of the business inception; this date must match the one on the MSME Certificate. Enter the bank account number and IFSC code for the application. The business activity NIC code should be entered.
7. The number of people employed who receive direct salary or compensation from the company should be filled out. Indicate the total amount invested in the plant and equipment.
8. The applicant must enter the location of DIC based on the location of the enterprise. Only when there are many DICs in the district will this column be active and display the option.
9. Enter the OTP that will be sent to the registered or linked mobile number by clicking the submit button.
10. If there are any changes to the investment in plant, machinery, or equipment, and the firm has already submitted an Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum (UAM), they must do so in writing within three months of the change and notify the district industries centre.
