I have heard very good benefits from code liver oil. Cod fish liver oil capsules contains vitamin A, vitamin D and omega 3 fatty acid. They increases immunity. Omega-3 fatty acids, specifically DHA is good for heart health, better eye vision, and reduces inflammatory response are important brain nutrients. Omega-3 fatty acid may lower the anxiety and improve the cognitive function.

- Should we take cod fish liver oil based capsule with milk or water ? Or after how much time, milk can be taken?
- For how many days, we can take this capsule?
