Therefore, you shouldn’t be impatient to resolve their problems again and again. Children should feel free to ask whatever they are having in their minds. Give them a chance to speak and give your best in the classroom.

You should be able to work effectively in a group with your colleagues. Don’t you want to learn something new every day? If you want to learn and describe more, then you must be confident to adapt the things going out in the school, college or any institute. Form a good bonding with your colleagues and students. Were you weak in your studies? I remember I was not a quick learner and fused to face a lot of problems while studying. Thanks to my teacher, who always motivated me by giving the small tasks to complete .She even encouraged me to take part in co-curriculum activities to produce my interest. Children face problems when their previous concepts are not clear. So, teachers must give personal guidance to those students. Educators should treat everyone equally. Personal training helps students to learn more effectively.
