Let’s have a look on the difference of copyright free and royalty free:
Copyright Free
Keeping this in mind, copyright free refers to anything that was once copyrighted but no longer is. Copyrights do expire after a certain period of time, which varies by country. The type of work done will have an impact on the exclusivity period and when it ends. A copyright owner can also work out an agreement that gives individuals or businesses full or partial ownership to their works.
Royalty Free
The situation differs from copyright-free material or products when it comes to royalty-free content or products. The owner of a property grants a license to a licensee who wants to utilize it. Both parties can work out a settlement that includes a single payment or additional terms. The licensee no longer has to pay royalties on that property after the transaction is made. They are not obligated to make any further payments in order to use a property for their own purposes. Non-licensees are unable to utilize the property without first obtaining a license.
