Chinese painter Do Yuan (ca. 934–ca. 962) lived during the Ten Kingdoms and Five Dynasties era. He is renowned for his landscape artwork, particularly works done in monochrome ink.
2. GU KAIZHI
Chinese politician and painter Gu Kaizhi was born in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, and produced his first work in 364. Gu Kaizhi disclosed the painting theory in works like The Painting of Yuntai Mountain, Introduction of Famous Paintings of the Wei and Jin Dynasties, and On Painting.

During the Ming era, Shen Zhou was one of the most well-known Chinese painters (1368-1644). Zhou was skilled in a variety of techniques and styles that showed his vivacious and friendly demeanour. Zhou was very skilled in drawing plants, fruits, vegetables, and flowers in monochromatic ink.
