First step;
Sit down freely for 5 minutes. Then, Hold you left wrist with the right hand and feel your heartbeat. Count the pulse for 1 minute with help of stopwatch. If your pulse is between 60-100, then it mean your heart is fine. However, this is not sufficient. Watch the second step too.
Second step;
Note down your pulse on a paper according to the first step. After that, do the sit-ups for 45 seconds. Immediately after standing, see the pulse again. Write it on the paper. Now, Sit down anywhere. After one minute, count the pulse again and write it. Sum up the three numbers and subtract 200 from the sum. Divide the resulting value by 10.
1. If the value is between 1 and 5, then you are completely fit.
2. If the result is between 5 and 10, then you are fine but you need to adopt healthy lifestyle.
3. If the value is greater than 10, then it is risky and give a visit to doctor.
