Vitamin B12 is completely obtained from animal sources like fish, meat, dairy products, eggs.
It is a water soluble vitamin, also known as Cobalmin. It's main function is in development and maturation of Red blood cells, nerve impulse conduction, etc.
Those person who consume dairy products and eggs can get enough Vitamin B12 from their diet but those who are completely vegan are more prone to have Vitamin B12 deficiency.
The effects of Vitamin B12 deficiency includes

Vitamin D3
Vitamin D3 also known as Cholecalciferol is obtained from animals. It is also produced in our body. It is also known as sunshine Vitamin because it is produced in our body when our body is exposed to sunlight.
There are two types of dietary Vitamin D : D2 and D3

The sources of Vitamin D3 includes fatty fish, cod liver oil, milk, egg yolks.
Again, the person who are strictly vegan and those who live far from equator, near to north and south pole, who get nearly zero sunlight, are more prone to develop Vitamin D3 deficiency.
The main function of Vitamin D is bone formation, maintaining Calcium and phosphorus levels in the body, Heart conductance, controlling infections, reducing cancer cells growth, reducing inflammation.
