Desi cow milk is naturally sweet and pale yellow in colour. The milk from the desi cow is A2 kind. The vitamins biotin (B7), riboflavin (B2), and cobalamine (B12), some of which are responsible for the yellow-orange colour of goods made from cows milk that contain fat, are particularly abundant in cows milk.

the naturally occurring beta carotene that cows eat in the grass and flowers. The fat in their milk then included this carotene. Cows produce milk that is 87% water and 13% solids. It also contains a number of substances, including as casein protein, calcium complexes, and lipids, which cannot absorb colour. Beta carotene, a colouring pigment found in milk fat of cows, is the precursor to vitamin A.

A number of variables, including breed, diet, fat globule size, milk fat content, and others, affect how intensely milk is yellow. The milk also has a healthy amount of sulphur, which is crucial for brain development. The best source of calcium and proteins for our bodies is cows milk.

The carotenoid is what gives milk its golden hue. It is also in charge of how many fruits, vegetables, and fungus turn out to be coloured. It is also in charge of the orange hues of the dried leaf. Gives butter and milk fat a yellow hue.
