CRICKET
Cricket is played in every part of the world. From children to old citizens, everyone enjoy watching cricket. Even one of my Colleagues is mad towards cricket. He knows each and every rules and regulations. Nowadays he is practicing hard to be a part of Indian cricket team. I have come across many others like him. There are repeated updates about Cricket on Television and other Social Medias. Have you ever gone through the newspaper to get the cricket updates?
FOOTBAL
Football requires enthusiasm, skills and high level energy. If you don’t have enough energy, you can’t play it in a good manner. I still remember the day, when I tried playing football and got injured as I didn’t know the strategy used. So one have to be fitness freak and motivated greatly to play football. HOCKEY
Hockey, as we all know is the national sports of India. Harjeeta, a Punjabi movie is based on the renowned Hockey player Harjeet Singh. Starting from Childhood, he did lot of efforts to get a place in hockey team. After doing hard work, he was selected in the team at the age of eleven. Finally, he won the gold medal in Junior Asia Cup in 2015. At last, he became the famous hockey player in India.
BADMINTON
I am a Chess player but I love Badminton most. An interesting thing is I am a short girl and used to play it to increase my height and concentration power because people have to focus on the shuttlecock while hitting it with racket over the net. Further, I love the way PV Sindhu plays. In the Tokyo Olympics, I didn’t eat something during her match and I got a relief when she won the bronze medal. Which sports are you interested in? BOXING

TABLE TENNIS
It is a sport that produces an interest to the audience. You can’t keep an eye away while playing Table Tennis. I and my brother love to play it using paper ball and notebook over the bed. We hit the ball back and forth with the notebook instead of using racket. When one of us misses the ball, opponent wins. Mostly, I won the game because I have more focusing power and a fit body.
ARCHERY
Let us begin with the brief history of Archery. It was used in the form of hunting in the old days. In present, there are many toys related to archery for enjoyment and learning. Have you ever played with such toys? In this, archer makes the use of bow to shoot arrows. You know, Rajat Chauhan became the first Indian Archer to win a silver medal in Men’s Individual Compound event in World Archery Championships.
KHO KHO
I am sure in Childhood everyone has played Kho Kho. Have you ever played? When I was Child, me and my friends used to play it in the street. One of my friends, started taking part in school games. With the time, she had grown keen interest towards Kho Kho. Now she is a professional Kho Kho player and is earning name and fame with it. Isn’t it surprising how the fun changes into passion!
CHESS
It requires complete concentration and person must be out of other thoughts to play it carefully. As we know, King rule over countries, here is the same in this sport i.e. Kings hold the top position in chess. If you defeat opponents’ king, you won the game. Let me tell you an interesting thing, I am a state level chess player still people say I don’t use my brain. Isn’t it interesting?
KABADDI
Kabaddi is a traditional sport. In the past, people used to play it in the street ground to show their strength to other villagers. Players get a Ghee or little amount as an award. Nowadays, special training and separate ground is arranged for Kabaddi players. When the Rader shouts “kabaddi” kabaddi”, it makes the game interesting. Team spirit, discipline and good aptitude can be achieved through it.
At last, I would say everyone should take part in sports. All type of games help in the physical and mental development. These will make you healthy and wealthy.
