First, I thought that bad habits are always bad for us. Yesterday, one of my friend told that there are some bad habits that are beneficiary. Which are those ?

Everyone says to get rid of the bad habits. But, I will tell you about some of the bad habits that actually benefits us. Let's discuss those.

1. Biting Nails :

Do you bite your nails ? Researchers have found that a person biting nails have a immune system stronger than the others. Nails contain germs so the body creates antibody of them, hence it acts like a vaccine.

2. Chewing Gum :

Have you seen the cricketers chewing gum ?  It is beneficial for the brain because the quantity of endorphins and serotonin is increased therefore, the concentration power gets enhanced. Chewing gum helps the cricketers to focus more. It also helps in whitening of teeth.

3. Peeing in the Shower :

Uric acid is the basic thing present in the urine. When you pee in the shower, uric acid spreads on your feet and the virus causing fungal infection gets killed.

4. Fart and Burp :

People usually laugh when you fart or burp in the public. But, don't stop burping or farting. It helps in the release of Methane and Carbon and the chances of gas problems, hurt burn gets reduced.

5. Skipping Shower :

Do you skip taking shower ? I will advice you to bath thrice in a week. You may know the veins of our body secrete oil and the skin remains hydrated. However, if you bath daily, your body will stop secreting oil and skin will remain dry.
