Yesterday, I had read on google that are many benefits for sleeping on left.

The "SLEEP" is a natural temporary state of rest during which an individual becomes physically inactive.

1. It help in preventing Snoring
2. It is useful in proper digestion after meals.
3. It helps in filtering and purifying toxins, lymph fluid and wastes.
4. Liver and kidneys works better
5. Smooth bowel movements
6. Reduces workload on heart and helps in its proper functioning
7. Prevents acidity and heartburn
8. Prevents fatigue during morning
9. Fats gets digested easily
10. It has positive impact on brain
11, The better blood circulation, flowing of blood to uterus, fetus and kidneys and relief from back ache are its benefits in pregnant women
12. It prevents serious illness
