There are the many reasons for which body suffers from excessive heat. The causes of excessive heat are;

  • spending too much time in hot and humid weather
  • eating spicy, oily or fried food
  • drinking too much alcohol
  • consuming high protein foods

Many medical conditions can also increase heat in body like having an inflammatory illness such as infection. Performing gym exercises can also be the reason for affecting body temperature. 

Symptoms of excessive heat in body :

1. pain or burning urination

2. skin related issues like skin irritation, pimples and acne

3. suffering from mouth ulcers

4. problem of acidity

5. too much sweating

6. mental and physical weakness

7. dizziness and appetite

8. stomach related issues

Ways to reduce Body heat :

1. drink plenty of water in a day

2. have fruit juices like orange juice that helps you in rehydrate

3. coconut water is a great way to refresh. It contains necessary vitamins required by a body

4. simply add ice cubes and water in a bucket. Dip your feet in bucket for about 30 minutes. It will keep you relax

5. Make some paste of fresh peppermint leaves and add one teaspoon of this paste in a glass full of water. Drink it twice or thrice in a day. It will help you in reducing body heat.

6. Use Gulkand, Saunf, Pudin Hara, Bail, Sandu Bilagyl Juice, Gaund Katira
