Running is an outdoor physical activity. Different studies reveal that running daily for at least 10 minutes protect your body from many health diseases. It protects you from heart Stroke and many other Cardio-muscular diseases.

It helps to boost the testosterone level in men who do running daily, which in turn improves the sexual life. it helps in the burning of extra calories for weight loss and gives you a good posture.

When we do running daily, our brain releases happy hormones, which gives you sound sleep and good working capability. Running is good for bone joints and strengthens leg muscles and core muscles. With running one can improve their lung health and lower high Blood sugar level and high blood pressure. It improves the skin health and prevents wrinkles.

Running increases the blood supply to brain which helps to improves the brain health and enhances the working capacity. Running presents you happy and healthier life.
