My skin is getting too dry because of summers. I also want to have a glowing skin. Which seed can be used for better pigmentation, healthy and glowing skin ?
I am giving you a brief description about some of the seeds that will help you in getting glowing and perfect skin.
1. Flaxseed -
The best way to eat flaxseed is to eat in the morning after getting them dipped in a water for whole night. you can eat them with water or with curd, vegetable or chapati. Throw out the water in which you have dipped seeds as it contains the anti-nutrients . There is digestion issue with consuming these seeds and to overcome this problem, you can roast them on Pan for 1-2 minutes. Make a powder and eat it daily.
2. Chia Seed -
There is no need to roast these seeds. When you dip them in water, they will soak that water and you can consume again them with curd or vegetable.
3. Pumpkin Seed -
You can dip them for a night and then roast them on Pan. After roasting, grind them and you can sprinkle them it on salad, oats or curd. You can eat this in any season.
4. Sesame Seed -
These seeds should be consumed in winter to maintain the temperature balance. You can roast or dip. These seeds contains fibres, nutrients and Omega 3. Do not eat seeds more than 2 spoons.
