In summers, our body suffer from excessive heat. What are the ways to reduce heat from the body ?

The root cause of acne, white hair, diarrhea, bleeding, headache, rashes, hair fall and acidity is excessive heat.

Amazing ways to beat the heat this summer :

1. HYDROTHERAPY -

Take half bucket of water.

Put some ice cubes to it and add few drops of rose water in it.

Dip your feet for 10-15 minutes.

Do massage on your feet once for a while.

Cold foot bath instantly cools the whole body reducing an inflammation. It stimulates the blood flow, causes the veins to constrict and removes the toxins from the blood. Do this before sleeping to get the best results. Any problems related to excess heat, hydrotherapy helps amazingly.

2. RICE WATER -

Rice Water also known as "Tandulodaka" is an excessive way to reduce heat and burning sensations in stomach.

Take 10 gm of rice and coarsely pound it.

Put it in a mud pot and add 60 ml of water.

Cover it for 2-6 hrs.

Filter the rice water in glass and drink

Do not refrigerate it

Have it empty stomach, 30 minutes before meals. It is very rich in Vitamin-B and Vitamin-B complex. It is highly effective in treating mouth ulcers. Any rice is fine, preferably unpolished.

3. SANDALWOOD PASTE -

Take 1 tbsp of Chandan and 1 tbsp of water

Make a paste and apply on your forehead

Sandalwood calms the body and mind. It also greatly enhances the concentration power. If you have any skin issues, apply this paste.
