It becomes difficult to handle the worst situations and to get rid of tiredness. There are no. of ways to remain calm and to handle every condition wisely.

How to become strong ?

You have to be strong to adapt yourself according to the situation. The ways to get strong are described below :

1. Don't care what had happened. Forget the past, live in present and think about future.

2. You must Try to do meditation daily early in the morning.

3. Expectation are the root cause of mood swings. So, don't expect too much from anything.

4. Don't be afraid of the failures if you are doing the thing for the first time.

5. Never blame yourself even if you have committed a mistake.

6. Don't waste your energy on the things that you can't change.

7. Listen to everyone but do only that what your heart says.

8. Try to speak less because energy and brain both gets messed up and no one can gives you sense of pleasure except your brain.
