Elante Mall was developed by L&T Realty in April 2013. In September 2015,Carnival Group bought Elante Mall,after that,within the two years Nexus Mall ,subsidiary of US based The Blackstone Group bought Elante Mall on 28 July 2017. This is the reason ,how Elante becomes "Nexus Elante".
