Babies express their emotions with their movements and the way they cry. In a research in 2013, it was found that new born babies see the things blurred for some months. They can feel the type of thing with their touch.
Babies activate their sense organs every time with the help of which information process goes on.
1. Crying : Crying is the main way to tell the needs.
- Hunger cry - This type of crying becomes hysterical quickly if babies are hungry. Baby may also start rotating their head and make smacking sounds.
- Pain cry - This crying is flat, loud and constant. But small hysterical outbursts mean the pain is increasing and you should call the doctor as soon as possible.
- Sleep cry - In this case, the crying sounds like an offended and smooth whining, followed by loads of yawning. They also rub their eyes and ears when need sleep.
2. Baby Movements : Babies have their own body language which helps you in knowing what they want.
- Arching their backs - If they do like this, it means they have a pain or colic. It can be a sign of tired or bad mood also.
- Rotating their head - It is their way to calm down.
- Clenching their fists - Fist or no fist show how hungry your baby is. Relaxed hand means they are full while strong fist means that they need food.
