In the Modern era, we eat unhealthy stuff like fast foods, fried foods, processed foods or packaged foods on a regular basis. Such foods are very difficult to digest. They stick to wall of our intestines and form thick coating of toxins. This toxic waste gets transported to different organs through the bloodstream causing diseases. If it sticks to the layer of our skin, we call it as acne. If you do not flush out this toxins from body, it will result in health problems.

How do we remove toxins from the body ?

Oil pulling -

The easiest way is to practice Oil Pulling. Every morning put a 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth while having an empty stomach. Do not use refined oils, only pressed oils can be used.

Fill your mouth with oil and swish it in and out for 10 to 20 minutes. However, if you are feeling lazy, skip swishing just keep oil in mouth. Oil will become milky white bringing along toxins not only from the mouth but also from the other parts of the body.
