Mood swings are common in our day to day life. Due to this, it's not possible to be happy. How can we control the mood swings to have a happy lifestyle ?
Sometimes, we get tensed, frustrated, upset, exhausted for insignificant matter. These may be the signs of mood swings.
Certain factors causing mood swings are hormonal imbalances, stress, unhealthy diet, irregular sleep pattern, thyroid, pregnancy, caffeine beverages and alcohol. Sudden drastic change in life and also certain medications can all lead to mood swing. These sudden fluctuations in mood weakens the capacity of thinking clear in life.
Ways to control mood swings :
1. Exposure to sunlight -
Serotonin is a brain chemical which regulates our mood. If serotonin levels are high, we are happy and cheerful. Exposing yourself to early morning sunrise helps increasing the Serotonin level.

Gaze at green spaces have therapeutic effect on mind. It helps to prevent mood swings, stress problems, depression and neurotic behavior.
3. Carotene For Mood -
