Becoming a mother, brings happiness and joy in our lives. The time of 9 months in pregnancy is the most toughest time. The one mistake can ruin the happiness level. It is necessary to take proper care of your own and of a child as well. 

So, here is what i do to make my pregnancy most beautiful :

1. Morning Walk - It is the most crucial part to live a healthy lifestyle. It reduces the complications and risks during delivery. Also, it boosts the mood and energy. Pain in back is common in pregnancy but walk helps in reducing some ache. It freshens the mood as well. I can control mood swings with it. 

2. Apple - I eat 2 apples at least in a day. It helps in building the immune system. The fibre contained in the apple helps in easy digestion and helps in strengthening the muscles. Child can get a fair color if you eat apples daily. Apple also help in detoxification of body.

3. Banana - Banana are rich in calcium. It is always recommended to intake calcium tablets after 5 months of pregnancy. But, I do not prefer taking tablets. Instead I eat 2 bananas with 1 up of milk which increases the calcium level and in turn helps in building the stronger muscles of baby.

4. Milk - Milk as we know, is  a good source of calcium and protein. It is important to build the strong bones in a growing baby. Milk also contain Vitamin D. Women usually suffer from heartburn but milk helps in reducing heart burns. Milk also helps in providing nutrients to a body.

5. Amla - I eat 2 Amla in a day. It is rich in vitamin C. It controls the indigestion and constipation too. I get a relieve from nausea and morning sickness with it. It also helps in detoxifying the body and also controls the blood pressure.
