What are Contagious diseases ?

The diseases which spread from one person to another via various ways like touching, kissing or sharing things with infectious person, are called Contagious disease or communicable diseases.

Some of the common contagious diseases are : COVID-19, Norovirus (Stomach flu), cold and cough, Meningitis, Sexually transmitted infections, Tuberculosis, etc. A great care should be taken in order to protect yourself and your family from such a life threatening diseases.

Precautions to remove infections :

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before eating, cooking, after using washrooms and when you reach home, first of all wash your hands then do whatever you want.
2. You should be up to date about all the vaccinations.
3. Stay away from sick people and try to use face mask while meeting with the persons suffering from influenza.
4. Always try to practice safety measures during intercourse to protect yourself from Sexually transmitted infections.
5. Do exercises, yoga or meditation regularly to raise your immunity against contagious diseases.
6. You should also avoid street foods during the outbreak of any pandemic.
7. Avoid to touch wild animals and plants.
