1. Be on your left - Drive or bike on the left side of the road at all times, and let other vehicles pass you on the right.
2. Shift Left When Making a Left Turn - Always Leave Enough Space for Oncoming Traffic to Pass. When making a left turn, start by moving toward the curb from the left-most lane.
3. Turn Right - Approach the center of the road before making the turn, but when navigating the curb, try to keep to the left-most portion of your lane to keep clear of approaching traffic.
4. Giving Way to Emergency Vehicles- You must make way for emergency vehicles, such as ambulances and fire trucks.
5. U-turns - These are only legal if there is not a warning sign nearby, and you properly signal to other cars that you are intending to do one.
6. Indicators - Use indicators at all times to alert other road users to your intended change in direction of movement. Use hand signals if your vehicles indicators start to malfunction without any prior notice.
7. Parking - Be careful not to block or bother any other drivers by positioning your car in such a way.
8. One-way Roads- On a one-way road, you should only ever travel in the direction that is legal. Additionally, you should never park your car in reverse on a one-way street.
9. Stop Lines- Always come to a complete stop after crossing the stop lines. Make sure your car stops before the zebra-crossing on roads without stop lines.
10. Towing - No car should be towed too closely to other moving vehicles. The only exceptions to this law are mechanically damaged automobiles and those that the police have seized.
11. Noise - Drivers should avoid honking excessively or pointlessly, or in areas where it is forbidden, such as near hospitals, schools, and other sensitive locations. Furthermore, using silencers that are not OEM specifications while driving.
12. Tractors and goods conveyances - It is against the law to transport people in either a tractor or a goods conveyance.
13. Loading: It is unsafe and perhaps illegal to overload a car. As a result, it is not advisable to transport either too many passengers or too much luggage for the vehicles capacity.
14. Dangerous materials - Explosives, flammables, and hazardous materials should not be carried since they provide a fire risk.
15. Driving in Reverse - When you are driving in reverse, you should take care not to irritate any other motorists.
