Sometimes, our mood get off because of the habits that are not actually good for us. Which are the morning habits that can ruin your day ?

I will share some of the morning habits that can spoil your whole day. Let's discuss about these habits :

1. Hitting the alarm -

It puts the physical and mentally impact if you hit the alarm upon ringing. When you hit the snooze button, you brain gets the negative signal that are committed to break the rules. You will not freshen up even if you sleep for 10 minutes more. You can become groggy and disoriented if you continue making this habit. You will feel better if you wake up on the right time.

2. Using Social Media in morning -

Everyone is addicted to mobile phones nowadays. One cannot think to live without getting active on social media. Upon opening the eyes, people start to use the mobiles instead of brushing the teeth. Social media just disturbs your life and put the stress and burden on your brain. Your eyes doesn't get fresh in this way and you feel sleepy whole of the day.

3. Taking a Hot water bath -

If weather is extremely chilly, only then hot water bath is recommended. In general, cold shower bath is recommended in the morning. Hot water causes the lethargy. However, cold water bath instantly energizes your body and alerts the mind.
