1. The Pizza dough
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chilled milk
- 1 teaspoon fresh yeast
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup of cold water
Method:
- Allow the yeast to active after mixing it with the sugar and milk.
- Salt and flour should be sifted together. Water, milk mixture, activated yeast, and knead the dough.
- The dough should be prepared, rubbed with olive oil, and then let 30 minutes to rest.
- Roll into an even disc using your hands or a rolling pin after dividing into four equal balls.
- The pizza sauce, toppings, and cheese should be added to the base in that order.
2. The topings
Your dough should be rolled out to the desired thickness. Add sauce on top. You can create your own pizza using this as the base.
- To make a simple pizza without any toppings, simply add cheese before putting the crust in the oven, and sprinkle some freshly made basil leaves on top as soon as it comes out of the oven.
- Sliced bell peppers and onions are arranged over the pizza sauce before the cheese is added.
- Cut the mushrooms into slices, separate and clean the young spinach leaves, and have the corn kernels on hand. Place before adding the cheese to the pizza sauce.
3. Preparing it
- Once the pizza base is prepared, preheat the oven for 20 minutes at 250 degrees Celsius. If you have a gas oven, maintain the highest setting throughout the entire preheating period.
- Once the oven is hot, bake the pizza for 7-8 minutes, or until the cheese begins to bubble and the edges are golden. Then, remove the pizza from the oven.
- Once the pizza is hot and newly baked, combine all the ingredients and keep them ready to sprinkle on top.
