You can track the order details using it and you get the customer data to communicate and engage with the customers. You can recall them during the festive season to know them the discounts available. You can also take the feedback from the customers. It is beneficial to manage your sales.
3. Kitchen display system (KDS) - KDS is a digital screen that is connected with POS. KDS is built on the Kitchen area, and when the order is taken, the person available in the area get the information, which item they have to prepare and which is already prepared. The different color codes are used to differentiate the things.
4. License - You require the license to open a Cloud Kitchen
a. Food safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI)
b. GST registration
c. Health/ trade license
d. NOC from fire department (optional)
5. Food Delivery Platform - Zomato, swiggy, ubreats, foodpanda, dunzo are the most widely spread platforms with which you can do partnership.
