Diets that are vegetarian or vegan are becoming more and more popular because of how significantly they improve general health. More and more individuals are gravitating toward a plant-based diet in this day and age where obesity-related illnesses including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and cancer are out of control.

Who are vegans ?

A vegan is someone who actively advocates an animal-free lifestyle for the benefit of people, animals, and the environment by avoiding and dissociating from any type of animal exploitation for food, clothing, or any other purpose.

A vegan stays away from anything that has been consumed or tested on animals, including food, cosmetics, toiletries, and other products.

A vegan is essentially someone who refrains from consuming or utilising any animal products, including dairy, eggs, fish, honey, and other foods and goods derived from animals.

A vegan diet can be adopted for a variety of reasons, such as health benefits, environmental protection, and animal welfare. Vegans reduce their intake of animal products; high levels of saturated fats and cholesterol.

Who is a vegetarian ?

According to the Vegetarian Society, a vegetarian is someone who consumes only plant-based foods and abstains from eating meat, poultry, and seafood. However, their diets may or may not include animal byproducts like eggs, dairy, and honey that are produced without the use of living animals.

Vegetarians dont eat fish or meat, unlike vegans, although they can have dairy and eggs. Some people decide to adopt a vegetarian diet for a variety of reasons, including weight loss, improved health, moral objections to the usage of animals for food, and religious convictions.

Even though the term "vegetarian" may conjure up images of someone who only consumes foods from plants, some vegetarian diets permits a variety of foods.
