Majority of people like to have masala noodles. It tastes too yummy. However, there are the harmful effects of Masala noodles. What are the effects it put on body ?

Everybody here likes to eat spicy masala noodles which are easy to cook and easy to eat but difficult to digest. Mostly, instant masala noodles are made up of maida (refined flour), which cause indigestion.

What are components of Masala Noodles ?

These are highly processed food, so they have long shelf life. Its remnants may reach appendix area and cause infection. They have low nutritive components but high in fat, calories, sodium and packed artificial colors, preservatives and taste enchanters i.e., Monosodium glutamate (MSG), which comes from petroleum industry.

What are health effects of Masala Noodles ?

1. They are loaded with saturated fats, on long term consumption can raise cholesterol level in blood, which raises the risk of Type-2 Diabetes as well as heart diseases.

2. Regular consumption of Masala noodles is directly linked with increased risk of metabolic syndrome which includes excess abdominal fat, hypertension etc.

3. It promotes sluggishness in the body along with headache, nausea and increased thirst.

4. You may see the rashes on your skin and may feel excessive sweat.
